Christopher Campbell, known as Norris Man, grew up in Trenchtown, Kingston. Bob Marley, and many other reggae legends have lived in these neighborhoods, which gave it an aura of mystique. As a consequence, Marley was his idol during his early years. From 10 years of age, he began performing at dances and slowly developing his musical talent.

When Norris Man grew older, he began to visit various studios in Kingston. With songs like "Persistence" and "Bad Road", he made an impact on the Jamaican dancehall-scene.

With his song "Home & Away" from 2005, he received his first international hit and has since maintained a fairly low profile. Norris Man currently spends time in Sweden so we took the opportunity to invite him to this year's Edition of the Festival.
