Jeoy Fever made himself a name in the Swedish reggae scene in 2008 when his exquisite dancehall-lovers song "Sweetness" was a minor hit. Before that, he had sung with his band Collision but things had been going slow in career terms. So when he started to focus on his solo career, things began to happen. Joey followed up "Sweetness" with "Nuh Follow Them" and "Tell It To My Heart", two strong songs.

Million Stylez, who is a friend of Joey’s, helped him get his career moving. They actually have quite a lot in common. Both are young and talented, both blend dancehall and "one drop" and both have a sense of what is commercially viable.

In early June, Joey released his long awaited debut album In A Fever. The album is full of catchy lovers-songs and stable productions. Some of the songs that stand out are "Til The Night Is Over" a potential hit with an 80s feel and "Good Looks" on the UK Flu Riddim.

Do not miss Joey Fever live, the man who is predicted to be Sweden's next reggaewonder!
